ACTION 2: Foster business development

This working group shall support the establishment of transnational initiatives to promote inland waterway transport and foster business development. In regular meetings, the needs of waterway users will be identified and discussed on a continuous basis. Market analyses will be conducted to identify promising market segments for Danube navigation. Ultimately, international business-to-business meetings shall be supported in order to raise the modal share of inland waterway transport.
